Strategic Check-In
One 90 minute Session
The Strategic Check-In Session is a 90-minute, one-time strategic conversation designed to create clarity and define next steps—without requiring ongoing engagement. Clients complete brief intake forms and assessments in advance so our time together is focused, efficient, and collaborative. Sessions center on reviewing patterns, identifying pressure points, and co-creating practical strategies grounded in real-life constraints. This service is not therapy or ongoing coaching; it is structured, high-impact thinking support for adults who need direction, perspective, and a clear way forward.
This session is best suited for educators, leaders, and caregivers carrying complex responsibilities, as well as adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or decision-fatigued and want practical next steps that respect real-world limitations. It is not appropriate for crisis situations requiring clinical or emergency support, individuals seeking ongoing weekly counseling or coaching, or organizations seeking system-wide consulting or staff training, which are offered separately.
To ensure the session is productive and intentional, all clients complete required pre-session materials in advance. This includes a Strategic Check-In Intake Form to establish context, clarify goals, and identify current challenges; a brief Capacity and Stress Snapshot to ground the conversation with non-diagnostic insight into workload, bandwidth, and decision fatigue; and a Confidentiality and Scope Agreement that clearly defines professional boundaries, privacy protections, and client autonomy.

High Achiever Reset
8 Weeks
The High Achiever Reset™ is a short-term, strategic support program for capable adults who appear successful but feel overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in survival mode. This offering is designed for people who are functioning—but barely. You’re meeting expectations, carrying responsibility, and showing up, yet the pace feels unsustainable and the cost is high.
This program is not therapy, not productivity coaching, and not hustle culture with better branding. It is a structured, trauma-aware reset that helps clients regain clarity, stability, and agency—without long-term commitment or unrealistic expectations.
Clients often choose this program because they look successful on the outside but feel constantly behind, find that their routines collapse under stress, perform best in crisis while struggling during “normal” weeks, or feel chronically exhausted, irritable, or emotionally flat. This work is for adults who want practical, grounded change without entering into an ongoing engagement.
Focus areas commonly include stabilizing daily routines so they survive real-life stress, reducing overwhelm and decision fatigue, identifying burnout patterns driven by overfunctioning, rebuilding structure that works outside of ideal conditions, and creating boundaries and pacing that don’t blow up relationships. There are no productivity hacks, no shame-based strategies, and no expectation of unlimited capacity.
The program runs for eight weeks and includes individual, focused strategy sessions with limited client enrollment to protect depth and quality. Clients complete a brief intake and load assessment at the start, participate in three to four structured strategy sessions, and engage in light between-session integration work. The program concludes with a personalized Reset Map outlining what stays, what shifts, what stops, and how to recognize early signs of burnout returning.
Clients can expect reduced emotional exhaustion, clearer decision-making, more stable routines under stress, and a pace of life that is sustainable rather than reactive. In short: still capable—just not depleted.
Life Re-Design
12 Weeks
Sustainable systems for adults whose brains don’t operate on autopilot
Life Re-Design (12 Weeks) is longer-term, individualized strategy work for adults whose brains don’t operate on autopilot and who want sustainable systems that fit their wiring, energy, and capacity. This program is designed for people who are capable and thoughtful but exhausted from trying to function inside productivity models, routines, or expectations that were never built for them. Rather than asking clients to push harder or fix themselves, Life Re-Design focuses on building structures that work with real lives, real nervous systems, and real constraints.
This work is a strong fit for adults who feel that daily life takes more effort than it seems to take for others, who have tried traditional planners or productivity tools without lasting success, or who suspect neurodivergence—diagnosed or not. Many clients arrive high-functioning but deeply misaligned, burned out, or stuck in cycles of short bursts of productivity followed by collapse. Life Re-Design prioritizes stability over performance and alignment over optimization.
The program moves through five integrated phases designed to create meaningful, sustainable change. It begins with an honest inventory, taking a clear-eyed look at what was built to survive versus what actually fits now, including energy leaks, outdated roles, and systems that quietly exhaust. From there, values and identity recalibration clarifies core values—not aspirational ones—along with identity shifts and what no longer gets a vote in decision-making. The work then shifts into rewriting the framework, redesigning how work, time, energy, rest, family roles, and obligations function within real-world constraints. Decision support and courage work provide structured support for navigating hard choices, difficult conversations, and the fear of disappointing others while choosing yourself. Finally, integration and maintenance focus on building systems that protect the redesigned life, establish early burnout warning signs, and support ongoing recalibration without collapse. This is change that sticks—not a dramatic reinvention that burns out.
Over the course of twelve weeks, clients engage in practical, grounded strategy work tailored to their specific needs. Focus areas may include executive functioning support, motivation and follow-through without shame, identity-aligned goal setting, boundary and communication strategies, and nervous-system-aware planning to reduce burnout cycles. Sessions are structured and intentional, supported by brief reflections and ongoing refinement as systems are tested in real life.
Life Re-Design is not therapy, but it is trauma-aware, research-informed, and deeply respectful of autonomy and lived experience. Clients can expect clear expectations, thoughtful strategy grounded in evidence and reality, respect for identity without performative language, and firm boundaries that protect time and energy. There is no pressure, no fixing, and no shame. The goal is not to become someone else, but to build a life that finally fits.
